Notice is given that the Craven County ABC Board will hold a Special Called Meeting on June 4, 2026, 5:30 pm, 500 N. D St., Bridgeton NC, CCABC Warehouse, 2nd floor, boardroom.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposed North Carolina legislation that would permit ready-to-drink (RTD) spirituous liquor beverages containing up to 10% alcohol by volume (ABV) to be sold through retail outlets in addition to ABC stores and THC drinks.

A public hearing and presentation on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the CCABC Office at 5:30pm located at 500 N D St. Bridgeton, NC 28519
Due to conflicts in scheduling, there will be NO August 2025 Craven County ABC Board meeting.
The Craven County Board of Commissioners appointed Mr. Kenneth “Kenny” Morris III as ABC Board Chairman. The Board thanks the long tenure of Mr. Wilfred “Chip” Chagnon and for his leadership the past eleven years, “I’m grateful to the Craven County Board of Commissioners and Chairman (Jason) Jones for having the faith in me to handle this position,” Morris said. “I look forward to working for the Craven County ABC Board.”

The CCBOC also appointed two new members to the ABC Board Mr. Guy Gregg and Mr. Edward Heins.

Craven County ABC Board opened its 7th Store in Bridgeton, N.C. located at 502 North D Street one year ago, December 1, 2023. The township of Bridgeton welcomed the new store and increased business as well as the ABC Administration and Warehouse facility opened in May 2023; thus, completing the Bridgeton Campus Project.
